Аннотация. В статье подвергается критике модель технического уклада С. Глазьева, несущая в себе представления о противоречиях, которые привели к кризису. Выстраивается историческая цепочка формирования мировой олигархической финансовой элиты, зародившейся в Великобритании и усиленной Соединенными Штатами. Показана бесперспективность выбранного Европой пути развития, контролируемого финансовыми спекулянтами.

Abstract. The model of technological tenor proposed by S. Glazyev including contradictions which led to the crisis is criticized. Historical chain is being built which formed the world oligarchic elite, which was born in UK and later strengthened by the United States. The deadlock of the way of development chosen by Europe and controlled by financial speculators is shown.
