В этих НПО проходят свой путь к политической адаптации в европейский социум десятки тысяч представителей иммигрантского сообщества. Если вспомнить ту роль, которую все более активно играет европейский правовой режим в интенсификации политического/гражданского участия иммигрантов, можно заметить, что политическое участие иммигрантов в жизни государств их проживания все больше стимулируется общеевропейским интеграционным процессом, а также лояльностью со стороны иммигрантов этому процессу. В известном смысле дорога к полноценному национальному гражданству лежит для иммигрантов через Брюссель и Страсбург.
