Matrix
Everything starts with emptiness. In it, there’s no us, no this book, no this space. Everything exists only as energy and divine expression.
The Matrix is a subtle structure that organizes the energy flows of the Universe and shapes reality. It is not an external construct but rather a self-adjusting system embedded within consciousness. It is an invisible web where the outer world and inner experiences intertwine. But, in essence, the Matrix is an illusion, taking shape where attention is directed. Upon realizing this, we are capable of altering the very fabric of existence. In a moment of pure observation—through breath, movement, or meditation—the illusion weakens. We see it as the game of duality: struggle, division, and limitation. But it is not an enemy; it is a teacher, urging us to go beyond illusions and remember our true nature.
The Matrix creates conditions for evolution, serving as a field of experience where the Ego-Self, reflecting its essence, helps God-Absolute know itself. At first, we are dependent on the Matrix, believing it to be the only reality. But by unfolding ourselves through various experiences, we gradually realize that we are not its prisoners, but its creators. By distinguishing between illusion and truth, we learn to move beyond conditioning, transforming our perception. At a certain point, understanding arises: the Matrix is merely a mirror of our consciousness, a tool, not a limitation.
Stepping beyond matrix thinking is a conscious step into a new dimension. Liberation from the confines of the dual world occurs not through struggle but through a shift in perception. By no longer identifying with the illusion, we gain freedom and harmony. The mind no longer controls us, and as perfected beings, we begin to observe how everything that was once hidden unfolds before us. The mind may still believe that in every process there is a "doer," that we must continue striving for something. But without access to Awareness and being merely its instrument, it cannot grasp the truth. When attention shifts to the essence of Awareness itself, it becomes clear: everything already is, everything has already happened, and we are simply experiencing how it has manifested.
In the vibrational dimension of unconditional Love, the need for control disappears—we simply Are. We no longer attempt to influence the world through willpower or external actions; we become a flow of Love and Observers. And that is enough, for the world begins to transform on its own when we merge with its highest nature. In unity with our Source, we are always at "home."
Awareness is pure freedom from the illusion of separation. It is not limited by personal history, thoughts, beliefs, or perception. It simply Is, like the ocean in which waves arise and disappear without touching its depth. When attachment to the image of oneself as the "doer" disappears, true relaxation occurs. Actions continue, but without resistance or tension. Everything unfolds spontaneously, like the current of a river that never asks where it should flow.
Beyond all concepts, we enter a state without boundaries. It is like diving into water: losing our form, we become part of something greater. In breathwork practices, this process is natural—by releasing control, we enter a state of freedom. And in that moment, the present unfolds in its fullness. There is no need to escape, change, or achieve. There is only pure
